    Hello,

    Recently I updated Enfold theme to 4.0.2 in https://makeupanddreams.es and the unique slider defined in the home page doesn’t works. Now only appear the white background. Actually, I have enable a test slider with only one slide that is an image. The site has the latest versions of wordpress. 4.7.3.
    I have tried to select another default theme and then back to the enfold theme, remove the slide from the home page and add it again, and finally create a new slide, it is enable now.

    What can I do to fix this issue?

    I think I had this same issue yesterday after I updated to 4.7.3…. do you see a spinning circle on the white screen? If it’s the white screen of death that can indicate low php memory from what I saw searching other threads here.

    In my case, I added a second slide, and it started working. It doesn’t seem to like single-slide sliders based on the latest update.

    Hope this helps you, but I’m sure the mods will jump in and help you too.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I don’t see a spinning circle :(. I have tried with two sliders with one and two slides. I hope so to, I need to fix the problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, you are getting some error messages on the page but it looks to not be related to the theme. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them please? Also make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin and leave it disabled until the problem is solved.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks very much to try to find the problem. As you said, there is a conflict with other plugin, the “Fast Velocity Minify”. I have disabled that plugin and now the LayerSlider works fine. Sorry for waste your time.
