    Hi,
    For some strange reason i can not remove Captcha from the Contact Form.
    On the edit element mode i select “Don’t display Captcha” and doesn’t go away.

    Your help will be much appreciated

    Hi,
    I could not figure out why that was happen, but I was able to create a new form for you without the Captcha. Please review it’s settings and language, as I don’t read Hebrew, if correct remove one with the Captcha.

    HI,
    Thank you Mike,
    I checked it out and deleted the older one,
    For now it looks ok with chrome but in when checking it out with Firefox i see the Captcha.
    The exact same situation was prior of me writing you this help request. In the beginning with chrome everything was ok and after awhile the Captcha came to appear in both browsers.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi!

    That is a bit strange the captcha settings was not updating only on that form. We enabled the debug mode and deleted captcha from the shortcode visible below the ALB. I have checked the form and it get’s submitted without the captcha now :)

    Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug

    We also checked in the test page and tried to enable or disable the captcha and this feature works perfectly fine on the newly created forms so I assure you that you will not face this issue if you like to add more forms :)

    Hi,
    I can still see the captcha now on firefox
    Do you suggest me to try create a brand new Lay out Element containing a new form?
    I need to get rid of it.

    Hi,

    We created a new test page and check in firefox and it works without captcha. Please go ahead and create a new layout with a new form. That should fix the issue for you :)
