    I am trying to update some pages, but all I am getting is a spinning wheel. When I try to update the theme and I input my Themeforest user name and API key, I get an error message: Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi gibbmike!

    There are some issues with Amazon, Envato and their updater.
    We would appreciate some patience so they can get it short out.

    Thanks. This is related to the AWS outage from a couple days ago? Do you know how much longer this will take to get fixed?

    I am trying to update my pages. When I open a page, the circle in the layout builder just spins and spins. When I try to input my Themeforest user name or API key, I get an error: Saving didn’t work. I can send screenshots if you show me where to send them.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I get the same error when I try your details. I can see that you are getting an Internal Server error on a WordPress file when trying to add the details. Could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they know that is happening please? See private for more details.
