In my dev site, avia theme builder is not working (displays shortcodes instead of the element in the page; layout does not show as it should). It looks fine in the preview, but when I update it and view the page, it’s broken.
Everything is up to date – WordPress & Enfold. I have also tried deactivating every plugin, which did not work.

You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
If the issue persist Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Thanks for the login details, though the builder seems to be fine when I check your About page. Is this happening on a specific page?

Thank you for getting back to us, I checked the page and other pages the builder works perfectly fine for me as well :)
For testing purpose I have updated the email form heading.
Original heading – Email Us Your Question Regarding Safe Money Options and or Accumulation?
New Heading – Have a Question Regarding Safe Money Options and or Accumulation?As mentioned earlier it may be a caching issue for you please make sure to hit the refresh button several times on your browser or try a new browser or a system.
