    I have read the http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold, but I am still a bit concerned about updating to the latest version of Enfold 4.0
    I am using a Child Theme, but was concerned to read the warning message about any Custom CSS or PHP changes being lost as a result of the update. Should I be worried? Or can I safely update because all site development is via the Child Theme?

    Hey Craig,

    Your data in a child theme should be safe on updates, but we recommend that you perform proper backups of the site before doing updates in case you should have problems and would need to roll back.
