    Am running Enfold 3.7.1 and looking to update to the latest version.
    I have a child theme, and worried that if I do the update through wordpress I will loose my child theme setup?

    Can someone please clarify if its safe to just update or if I need to do anything else before the update?

    Hey Gavin,

    Your child theme will be untouched by the update of main theme however if you have made any code changes to the main theme php files it will be lost as the main theme files get’s updated.

    I assure you nothing will happen to the child theme files and all changes will still reflect on frontend after the update :)
