    Hi,
    after updating, all my sliders on LayerSlider WP are a mess.
    I can center the elements using fixed size and only if canvas width is 1000, but if I increase the pixels all the elements get messed up.
    Please, help!

    Hello,
    one of my Layersliders is gone after update. In admin it is still fully there, but in Frontend not visible, only Whitespace.

    All ther other Layersliders are sitll there, it is but due to ther update, since yesterday this Slider was still shown and Today i made the Enfold Update from 3.8 to to 4.0.2

    PS: I had to turn back to Enfold 3.8.4 because we needed this slider.

    Thanks for the feedback. So is running 3.8.4 working for you? We would need to inspect the actual problem if you should need help resolving the missing sliders after your update.

    @gianmarizzi    : The slider looks fine. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue? The latest update of the theme contains a new version of the layer slider plugin so you might need to toggle a few options to get the slider back to what it was.

    Hello Rikard & Ismael,
    we had to restore the database AND the folder wp-content/themes/enfold (to a backup from one day before) so the slider worked again.
    A screenshot is not possible because the Site is restored to 3.8.4 but easy to describe: Where the slider once was, an empty div was shown. it was white and about 400px high

    The slider 2 was still shown but elements were all moved to he left side…
    Unfortunately we can not immediately show you the updated result since the site is quite large.
    Could you tell us when the new avia slider in Enfold 4 works like the old one in enfold 3..8.4 again?
    If this is not possible to say, I will try to porvide a test site, but it would take me a while.

    Hey!

    After the update, did you try to toggle the options in the Slider Settings? This should refresh the layout of the sliders.

    Hey!

    There’s a lot of users who reported the same issue in the past few days but we can’t figure out why the images are gone. The issue almost always occurs every time the plugin release a major update. Users had to re-insert the images in each layers manually. I’m afraid that you will have to do the same with your sliders.

    Hello Ismael,
    finally we updated Enfold theme from 4.0.2 to 4.0.5 . Then one of our Avia Layer Sliders dissappeared
    This slider has 9 active slides and some hidden slides. Even saving the slider settings din’t bring an effect. It keept blank. There is a script error
    We took this page out of oun main menu. So you can explore the errors.
    Can you find out why there is a blank slider?
