Hi, I’m Shinji from Japan. Sorry for my bad English, but I need help for my website. On PC, it works fine, but on smartphone, only first item’s photo shows but the other variation’s photo won’t show and if I click the blank images, it says “The image could not be loaded.”.
I think this is the same issue as I faced.

And this item has the problem. It seems like only iPhone doesn’t work well. Android is fine.

Hi Rikard,

It was not the themes fault but the file names. I uploaded the file in Japanese character. I renamed all files to english and its works fine now. Thank you for your time.
