Hi there,
I need the 4.0.1 update please as my screen has also gone bank when I installed 4.0.I attach login details below in case you need them, or if you can let me know where I can download 4.0.1 that would be good too. Currently on Themeforest it is still showing 4.0.
Thanks
LucindaFebruary 27, 2017 at 11:39 pm #752626Hi Lucinda!
Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
Best regards,
YigitFebruary 28, 2017 at 12:17 am #752652Oops sorry, here you go:
February 28, 2017 at 12:21 am #752660Will it be safe for me to update to the 4.0.1 in the admin interface now on the other 20 sites I have running enfold?
I can see it visible now there…so I’m tempted… but I wanted your go ahead first.“There is a new version of Enfold available. View version 4.0.1 details or update now.”
February 28, 2017 at 12:27 am #752664Hi,
I will take a look at your current site and let you know once I know more ;)
Best regards,
KriesiFebruary 28, 2017 at 12:41 am #752669In case this helps…I updated to 4.0.1 on my staging site and it seems to be running fine… (maybe a little faster?)
I did not update to 4.0 prior.
February 28, 2017 at 12:49 am #752673Wow. The Man himself. I’m honoured and dare I say it? a bit thrilled! And it’s my birthday today too! I feel special.
I want to take this opportunity and thank you for such brilliance with this theme, the exemplary support and documentation and also continued improvements and enhancements. It just gets better and better. You are truly my hero when it comes to themes. I use Enfold on all my sites (I have about 30) and feel it’s like an extension of WordPress.
Anyway. Just sharing the love. ;-) Well done.
February 28, 2017 at 1:11 am #752678Hi,
I found another small bug that we will address right now. your site is running fine with this bugfix so I would recommend to update to 4.0.2 directly and skip 4.0.1
And thanks for using enfold, glad you like it that much ;D
Best regards,
KriesiFebruary 28, 2017 at 1:43 am #752692Thank you! I’ll wait. :-)

February 28, 2017 at 5:34 pm #753073March 18, 2017 at 2:55 am #762789Hi,
I’m having the same problem. I have a child theme. I renamed my ‘enfold’ folder to enfold-old and uploaded a new enfold.zip. I tried to log in again to admin screen, still blank. :(
Please help. Thanks! http://phxtechsol.com

March 18, 2017 at 3:50 am #762797Hi,
To fix your problem, you need to deactivate the “Login Page Styler” because it`s causing a conflict with the “Add Media Button.” – Turn off this plugin and try to add a media in the text block to see the result :)
Let me know if it works :)

John TorvikMarch 18, 2017 at 4:45 am #762815Where is the login page styler coming from? I only have a few plugins, and I don’t see that one from FTP / cPanel File Manager. I renamed each plugin folder one at a time and still received the blank page.
March 24, 2017 at 9:14 pm #766390Hi,
Since it is not possible to access your admin page and we suspect a plugin conflict. Let’s first check for this issue.
1. Please login to FTP and access the wp-content folder.
2. Rename the plugins and mu-plugins folder to plugins-old and mu-plugins-old.Try to access the admin page and make sure to clear the cache by hitting the refresh button a few times.
This should resolve the issue if it is a plugin conflict.
Once you are able to access the admin page try to activate or better re-install the plugins again.

VinayMarch 28, 2017 at 6:23 am #767875If you see my post before yours, I mentioned that I renamed all the plugins, and I still cannot login. The only time it works, is if I also rename the Enfold and Enfold-child theme. I have also uploaded a completely new Enfold file. Once I rename them, I can login. then once I rename them back, if I am logged in to admin, I can select the Enfold Child and my site is ok and working, I can move around admin screens, however, if I log out and back in, the screen is blank again.
I tried activating 2017 theme and log out and back in, and it is ok. It works. It is something to do with the theme. It is a live site, so I cannot leave it as 2017 theme for you to gain access.
There is no custom items in style.css or functions.php. I have not added anything.
Any other suggestions?
April 1, 2017 at 8:27 pm #770415Hi,
Thank you for confirming the troubleshooting steps performed. Since you are not able to get a permanent solution or a fix with the suggested steps we recommend you to delete the main theme folder(take a backup of course before deleting it from the themes folder).
At this stage your site will be running on the default theme which will allow you to login to admin as per your earlier comments.
Download a fresh copy and upload only the enfold folder from the extracted files to the themes directory. Do not activate the theme so we can login to your site and check for the same issue.
Please make sure the FTP and WP admin details are active till the issue is sorted.
Best regards,
VinayApril 3, 2017 at 7:01 am #770902Hi I have been using your theme on all the websites I design with no problems to date. I have just updated one site to Enfold Version 4.0.5. Once the update was completed the screen went blank. Initially the login screen at /wp-admin displayed but now this has also gone blank not allowing me any access. The plugins I have running on this site are shown below.
Akismet, Updraft Plus, Woocommerce, Wordfence, Yoast SEO and Wp Smush IT.
I would really appreciate your assistance as soon as possible. Thank you.
April 3, 2017 at 8:06 am #770925Hi,
When there
s some blank page, it means that we
ve some PHP fatal error and to show it, enable the WP_Debug following this tutorial: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUGBest regards,
