    Hello,
I just moved one of our websites to a new host. Eveything was okay, the website itself is working fine, the database is okay and all functions in the backend are working, except the Avia layout builder.
I already followed your instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/

    But still nothing changed.

I’d appreciate if you can have a closer look at it.

    Thanks, Enrico

    Hey enricobaumgart,

I logged in and disabled all of the plugins and the editor loaded fine. I have reactivated them all now, but I would recommend you go down the list and try deactivating one by one, so that you can isolate the plugin that is causing the problem.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    Hello Jordan,
    Thanks for your help.

I figured out that Easy Social Share Buttons 4.1 is causing the problem. Unfortunately I could not get it run. The same issue happens after a reinstallation (I also cleaned the database from any entry of that plugin). An older version is working, but V4.1 not.
I’ll report this to the plugin provider.

    Best regards, Enrico

    Hi,

I am glad this worked out for you and hopefully the plugin provider can do something as well.

    Best regards,

So, if anybody will meet this issue, I’ve the solution.
The problem comes from the memory limit:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 92 bytes) in /var/www/web2045/html/xyz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slide.class.php on line 53

There is a way to increase the memory limit:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

But you should contact your host in order to get information about the max memory limit on your server…

    Hey!

Glad you figured it out and thanks for sharing your solution :)

    Cheers!
