Hi, the Full Width Easy slider is not displaying with multiple images on my home page – I have it on other pages with a single image and its fine but with 3 or 4 images it doesn’t even display. It works when I’m in the back end and do a preview but as soon as I move away from the page and then return it has gone.
I’ve updated wordpress, the theme and tried turning plugins off but no luck with anything.
website address is http://sarahmanecoaching.com.au/testsite/

thanks in advance
sarahMarch 1, 2017 at 12:14 am #753347Hey sarahed,
Just checked it and it seems weird that it’s not fetching anything. Can you make a backup of your site and try to update to the latest version which is 4.0.2. Hope this fixes the issue.
Best regards,

a late reply to your post – sorry, it’s been a busy month.
I have reinstalled the latest version of wordpress – see message below..
……………….
You have the latest version of WordPress. Future security updates will be applied automatically.
If you need to re-install version 4.7.3, you can do so here:
…………………………
I have the latest version of Enfold – see message below…
…………………
(Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.4)
………………………
I have 1 plugin activated – Yoast SEO – which I’ve just updated, deactivated (slider still not working) and reactivated.
I’ve also configured the Full Screen slider with exactly the same images etc.
BUT, still no luck.neither slider is showing – I really don’t know what to do next and have a client screaming for this site to go live.
**I’ve used Enfold over 20 times (I have 2 accounts) and am having this same problem with the 2 most recent sites – I’ve never had it before. I currently have another ticket in on my other account and the reply I get with that one is the same, update and deactivate plugins etc… but still the problem on that other site I’m developing. I feel like this is the standard response. It’s a tiny site – 8 pages.
Please advise how to finally fix this as it’s becoming a big problem and will deter me from using Enfold again, which is frustrating as its such a good theme.
thanks,April 2, 2017 at 5:57 am #770499UPDATE TO THIS POST – after many attempts it seems the problem starts as soon as you add a button and link…so I’ve improvised a slider with no links for my client.I need links on this slider, I’m not happy with what I’ve created but it’s all that is possible as the slider is SO flakey.
BUT, the page I need you to look at is http://sarahmanecoaching.com.au/testsite/sliders/ where the problem sliders are….

I have loaded the page and I can see the slider there, working properly
Can you please make sure you will clear your cache and test again please?Using a different browser can also work just for the testing phase.
