Hello!
After going back to a previously saved version of a page, it doesn’t accept small pieces of html-code as it did before and as other pages still do. We defined certain code-pieces for formatting titles and particular sections of text.
I edited the code in the back-end a few times, but it just dissapears after updating the changes and also doesn’t show the changes in the front-end.What is the problem and how can it be fixed?
Thanks for your help,
Kind regards, Annette.

not sure what you mean, can you explain further please?
Have in mind that you need to insert CSS styling for every language. Just activate the language in question inside your backend and then navigate to Quick CSS field.

thanks for your reply!
Unfortunately, your suggestion is not addressing the problem. In the private content I attached link#1,that shows a page in English language that accepted the piece of code that formats the top banner. This is how the page in link #2 should look like as well. But as you can see, the formatting set in the piece of code (code #1, attached in private content) is not accepted.
We assume this is, because we have restored an older version of the crooked page (link #2) and edited that – somehow that might be a reason why the piece of code is not applied anymore. (since it used to!).I hope it is a bit clearer and hopefully you have any ideas how to fix this!
Thanks a lot,
Annette

March 20, 2017 at 6:17 pm #763730Hi,
you’re using an old version of the theme, WordPress and WPML, so please update all three of them. Deactivate all other plugins but WPML to check if one is causing this issue.
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
If that doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
