Hi there
Quick Edit or Bulk Edit isn’t working on news posts. It won’t open at all.
February 28, 2017 at 9:07 am #752792Hey tankerhq,
Thank you for using Enfold.
What are you planning to do with the bulk edit? I can see errors from the “woocommerce-advanced-product-labels.min.js?” file.

John TorvikAugust 15, 2017 at 11:35 pm #839642Hey Team,
Seem to being having trouble with this plugin again (Woocommerce Advanced Product Labels). This time I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_cart() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/tanker.co.nz/cathypope.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-advanced-product-labels/libraries/wp-conditions/conditions/wpc-stock-status-condition.php on line 25When the plugin is activated it won’t let me update any pages or posts that are using the Advanced Layout Builder – seems to update fine with the Default Editor.
Hoping you guys can give me a hand – Woo said they can’t replicate the issue and it seems to be theme specific.
August 18, 2017 at 10:12 pm #841048Hi,
The issue is based on a plugin and not on Enfold.
Please contact the plugin developers, so they can help you out.Thank you

BasilisAugust 21, 2017 at 2:06 am #841809Thanks Basilis, unfortunately since the issue only appears when using Enfold, Woocommerce don’t consider it their problem :( I’ll keep hassling them though.
Cheers.
August 23, 2017 at 6:13 am #842870Hi,
Please provide the link to the page where we can see the issue and we’ll need FTP details. Post it in the private field. Also, note that we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy but we’ll try to help.
If possible, please contact the plugin author for more info.

IsmaelAugust 23, 2017 at 10:57 pm #843313Hey Ismael,
I’ve been talking to the plugin developer but after further investigation it doesn’t JUST seem to be caused by the plugin (i.e I can get the issue to disappear with various combinations of turning certain things off).
I’m only getting the issue on pages and posts that use the Product Grid, when the element is removed the pages update fine.Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks.
August 24, 2017 at 1:27 pm #843472Hi,
Thank you for the update.
I’m not sure what you mean by FTP credentials?
It’s the login credentials for the file server. Please ask your hosting provider.

Try to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to at least 256M.

We tried the memory limit increase but it didn’t help.
FTP credentials posted below if you want to have a look.

JessieSeptember 6, 2017 at 10:55 pm #848881Hi Ismael,
I’ve had the issue fixed. The plugin dev kindly sent me a new version of the plugin with some mods, despite not being able to replicate the issue, he made an educated guess and it’s now fixed it.Thanks for your help.
JessieSeptember 7, 2017 at 3:43 am #848922Hi,
That’s great! Glad it is fixed now. If you don’t mind, please share the solution here for other users.

IsmaelSeptember 8, 2017 at 1:56 am #849351Hey Ismael,
The problem is a little too complex for me to understand, but the plugin author said the conflict was related to the product grid creating a preview of the page in the backend – instead of just showing in the front end.
Woocommerce directs support for this plugin to it’s author http://jeroensormani.com/ who is amazingly helpful and spent a great deal of time making mods to his plugin until the issue was solved. He’s going to put these mods in the next release.Cheers,
JessieSeptember 8, 2017 at 8:56 am #849486Hi,
Thank you for the info.
the conflict was related to the product grid creating a preview of the page in the backend – instead of just showing in the front end.
If it’s related to the preview, maybe enabling the Enfold > Layout Builder > “Disable advance layout builder preview in backend” will help as well but you’ll lose the builder’s element preview.
Best regards,
Ismael -
