Hi there,
May be a silly question, but it keeps happening so looking for some clarification!
I have had this happen a few times, with different clients when installing Enfold.
Sometimes it works fine, uploading via WordPress. Sometimes it works fine uploading via FTP.
But most of the time, when I follow the instructions from the documentation for installing over FTP, the theme is there, but the theme image is broken, which usually results in the image files for the Avia builder, etc. being broken.
What differs from my experience vs. the video, is when I unzip the Enfold zipped folder, I have 2 folders within, instead of it going straight to the files. I have _MACOSX and enfold.
I opt to upload just the enfold folder, and that causes the problem. Please help, thanks.

Sorry, still having issues. I increased the PHP memory. Still getting an error “are you sure you want to do this” when I upload via WordPress. Uploading through FTP works, but again I lose all the enfold images (they all show as broken).

Hi!
That happens because of the php memory limit and that is what has to be fixed.
I am afraid we can not help a lot for that.
We can only help if we get access to FTP so we can push and try install it from there.Regards,

We resolved the PHP issue, however we are still having the issue that the Enfold icon and the AVIA menu builder icons are all broken images.
I’ve had this issue before, an Enfold support member had to go into my site and make changes. Credentials for wordpress admin account are attached previously.
