I have been trying to get the header color styling to work and it is not working. No matter what colors I select for logo background and font, the section stays white with gray text. I’m building a site on a staging page, so here is the link to see what I’m talking about.
http://delta.mymarketingcafe.com/homeI’ve gone through every option I can think of but nothing works.
February 22, 2017 at 9:14 pm #750667Hey
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
YigitFebruary 23, 2017 at 1:25 am #750764The information is in the private content. I have no plugins activated. I tried that in hopes it would fix it.
Thanks so much!
February 23, 2017 at 6:50 am #750830Ok. When I open an incognito window, I see some of the color changes to the header area. I see the background, but the text should be white and it’s gray, even though I have white selected in the theme settings. Very strange. I have no idea what is causing this but I’m hoping you can figure out the issue. Thank you!
February 23, 2017 at 3:17 pm #750948Hi again.
Just checking in on this. I am supposed to show my client a draft of the site later today. What’s happening now is that the site looks different when I use an incognito window in chrome. The header size is different, the font size is larger. It’s so strange because I have both windows set to 100% screen resolution. I still can not change the color of the font in the header. I have no plugins installed, so I don’t know what would be interfering. Please help!
Thanks!
Jo LynnFebruary 23, 2017 at 7:07 pm #751018I think this is resolved. I found this plugin section called must-use. I’ve never seen it before but I disabled the browser cache plugins and it fixed all the errors.

BasilisFebruary 23, 2017 at 8:45 pm #751054Hi there Basilis,
I upgraded the Enfold theme for my friend/client (Maura) of mine this afternoon, and after that, all header images are gone.
Next to that, plus-minus-signs appear in all the drag and drop templates.Didn’t plan to upgrade actually, but the google maps section wasn’t working anymore after the transfer to this new domain.
It’s still not working now, so wish I didn’t upgrade the Enfold theme. Been working on it for quite some hours now..Could you help me out please?
Could you make the header images re-appear like they were?
Or… is it possible to put the old Enfold version back and get the headers sections back like they were that way?Cheers, Geertje

Now I only need to get the online form working.
February 24, 2017 at 2:55 pm #751411Hi Basilis,
All of my issues returned yesterday and have actually gotten worse. Can your team please take a look. My hosting company said it is something in the theme that is causing the problems.
Thank you,
Jo LynnFebruary 24, 2017 at 6:47 pm #751531Hi!
@jolynndeal Please post FTP logins here privately as well. Dynamic CSS file is not being recognized.Cheers!
YigitFebruary 24, 2017 at 6:51 pm #751534See note in private content.
February 24, 2017 at 6:59 pm #751538Yigit. I also think it’s more than just Quick CSS. I think it could be something with the must-use caching plugins. The form on the homepage is all messed up. The colors that I select under general styling aren’t carrying over. For example, the content in the third section should be white in background and it’s blue. I’ve tried uninstalling the theme and reloading it, deactivating plugins, etc.
February 24, 2017 at 8:28 pm #751569Hey!
Have you added such code – http://i.imgur.com/Rn5fJes.png? That double quote is breaking dynamic css file and stop styles from being applied. I could not find the code anywhere. For now i edited the file in wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold_child.css file however it will revert once you make changes in theme options.
Regards,
YigitFebruary 24, 2017 at 8:40 pm #751576No. The only code I added was to the Quick css. How do I fix this? Will uninstalling enfold and reinstalling it help? I have a lot more work to do on the site, so the quick fix won’t be good for the long term.
February 24, 2017 at 8:44 pm #751580I just removed one of the Quick CSS codes that I found for changing the contact form. It quickly reverted back to the bad design. Any ideas as to how to fix this permanently?
March 2, 2017 at 8:23 am #754148Hi!
What’s wrong with the contact form?
I’m trying to login to the site but none of the credentials is working. Please post a working user account in the private field. We’ll check if there are invalid css declarations in the Quick CSS field.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 2, 2017 at 7:43 pm #754507Hi Ismael,
Far too many days went by with no response for me to wait for support. I ended up having to start all over and redesign the site from the beginning. You can close this ticket.
