Hello. Please include me in the list of people who had trouble with the Avia Layout builder. I have searched the internet and this forum and have not found a solution. Things I have tried:
- increasing PHP limit
- reinstalling the theme – I am using a child theme, maybe I reinstalled it wrong?-
- Deactivated all plugins – not wp-staging
- http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/
Two different browsers. It worked previously and I can’t get anything at all to work, not even the default WordPress editor.

February 21, 2017 at 3:39 pm #750009Hey!
I checked your website but it does load fine on my end. I attached a screenshot in private content field.
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
If that still does not help, please try logging in with credentials you created for us and check if that makes a difference :)
Cheers!
YigitFebruary 21, 2017 at 5:10 pm #750047Thanks so much. I have tried using that account and I’ve hard refreshed a few times, but maybe it just started working now. I will try again when I get home. Can you please tell me what browser and os you are using? Maybe that makes a difference. It is encouraging, at least, to see that it works for you. Maybe I need to disable browser plugins??? Thank you.
February 21, 2017 at 5:19 pm #750056Hey!
I checked your website on OS X 10.11 and Chrome. It’ might be a caching related issue.
We will keep the thread open and wait to hear from you :)Best regards,
YigitFebruary 21, 2017 at 10:33 pm #750176Well, it seems to be working now that I am home. I am on Chrome on Windows 10. I had previously pressed CTRL + F5 for a hard refresh. That’s when I was still having trouble. I decided to try some different combos and what seems to work is CTRL + R. I have no idea if it is a permanent fix. I won’t complain because it works and I’m happy. I appreciate your help. Thanks so much. Have a great day.
So I think you can mark this closed/solved for now. :}
