    I purchased your Enfold Theme and have customized it for a client. The URL is: http://www.parskeyconsulting.com

    The logo image only shows up on the Home Page and not on the other pages in the Navigation (on PC and on mobile).
    The main image on the Home page does not show up on mobile at all.

    Your advice in this matter is greatly appreciated.

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.5 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    If that does not help, please register to our forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field

    Can you please tell me which API I am supposed to select from Envato to generate the appropriate code in order to get your Enfold updates please?

    Hey!

    You can simply go to your ThemeForest profile and generate a new API key and insert it with your ThemeForest username.

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    There are no API keys listed under my account in Themeforest. Can you please supply one for you theme? Still unable to update the Enfold theme In WordPress for parskeyconsulting.com.

    I don’t know how to generate an API key… I suppose that is where my confusion is. I am familiar with the screen shot you’ve provided, but don’t know where to get that API key. Assistance in this area would be helpful. Thank you.

    If you go under ” Dashboard ” at your settings at envato, you will see how to get the key.
