Hi, I´ve noticed that illustrations or typography uploaded as .png or jpg or gif don´t have a good definition or visualization.
They look like “out of focus”. Is there a way to solve this?
I add a screenshot to clarify this.

    Thanks.

    Hey cipriana,

I guess that depends on how you save your files and what resolution you are using. This is not related to any of our themes though, we’re happy to help you out if you have any problems with the theme itself.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi, I know that is not related to your theme. Nonetheless I´ve seen in other threads you´ve given possible solutions to other people.
Unfortunately those solutions wasn´t useful to me.
I will continue investigating about that issue.

    Thanks anyway.

    Hi,

Yes, we try to help everyone out, but please try to narrow your questions down to actual theme related problems or questions. We have limited resources and it takes time away from helping other users who actually has something wrong with the products they’ve bought from us.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. As for your problem I would recommend you to research the difference between vector and pixel graphics, and how to save graphics for the web.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
