    Hi there!

    I’m having problems with the background video of a content section.
    It doesn’t seem to be working on mobile devices.
    I’m aware that it’s not supposed to be auto playing, because of bandwidth consumption.
    However clicking the play button doesn’t work either.

    I want users to be able to play the video by clicking(tapping) on it on their mobile device.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi, i’m aware i shouldn’t bump, because that will put me on the bottom of the list again.

    Hi,
    This is a known issue with color background and mobile video. If you select a youtube video as a background and don’t specify an image background, the mobile browser displays a still photo of the video with a red “play” icon but the icon does NOT play the Youtube video. The video background option is disabled on mobile due to various incompatibility reasons. Please add a fallback image.

    There are some work around’s http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9260501/html5-video-background-on-ipad-iphone
    But this kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide here. You can request customization here
