We have been having problems with warnings popping up on the top of our website. If we clear the cache it goes away but it inevitably keeps coming back. We reached out to our hosting provider and they did some sort of update that may have fixed it temporarily, however, he found that the issue appears to be within the wordpress theme.

    Hey mmheather!

Can you please share the screenshot, so we can see where the issue is please?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi Basilis,

Here is the dropbox link. And the issue seems to be happening all the time now.

    Thanks

    Hi!

Alternatively, you can add following code to functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

    add_theme_support('avia_no_session_support');

That completely broke our site and we can’t access wordpress at all now.

    All we get is:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas16_data02/37/3686837/html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/functions.php on line 10

    Hi,

That should not have been the case however it seems like you have already figured it out?
Your site loads fine on my end without any warnings/errors

    Best regards,

No, I had to restore a backup because we were completely locked out and the only thing we could see was the previous error I sent you.

As I mentioned originally, the errors are intermittent, but they tend to go away when we clear the cache. Can you please tell me what is causing this and how we can fix it (without code that will break out site this time)?

I would appreciate a response to my question please as this is a very big issue to us and it is the result of your theme. We have the same issue occurring on another site using the same theme.

    Hi,

It’s really hard to figure out what is causing the issue, are you using a plugin to cache the whole site? all the errors posted in the screenshot does seem to point to object cache. Probably the caching settings is misconfigured that’s why after clearing the cache it does work properly.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

No, we are not using a plugin. Again the issue is only occurring on our two sites that use your theme.

    Hi,
I have found that this issue has been reported by people using Godaddy Managed WordPress, if this is your case the solution seems to call them for a cache flush on their end. Please read more here.

    Best regards,
    Mike
