I am interested in buying the enfold/consulting theme,
But I do not see a purchase now button or a download button anywhere.
Please advise

All demos you can see here (including Consulting demo) – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ and after installing Enfold, you can import demos in Enfold theme options > Demo Import tab.
