Hi there,
Am not able to update Enfold from the backend, although I have entered the API key. Please advise.

Hey Christine,

Please try the following plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. If that doesn’t help then you might have to update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
