    Hi, i am in China mainland. I was purchasing a theme Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose by Paypal (link to Union pay bank card). But i failed after several times trying. So i contact Paypal and got answers that my failed transaction was caused by Seller (Envato Market). Paypal told me some company do not accept Paypal payment linking to Chinese Uinon Pay Bank card.

    How can i buy your theme. I can not get Visa or Master card in China.

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you are having issues.

    Due to our agreement with Envato, we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly and since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato, it would be the best if you contacted them – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
