    hi, just uploaded a video on my homepage, works on chrome and mobile devices but shows a blank (black) window on Firefox along with a link to Download File, clicking on which it just reloads the page and still doesn’t show the video.

    please help.

    Hey akhilz,

    It’s working fine on my end using Firefox, it’s loading a bit slow but still working. What version of Firefox are you using? Please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few time to see if that helps.
