    Hi there, our enfold theme contact form’s auto responder is not working correctly. Its suppose to send an email to the sender’s email address, but instead its sending the auto respond email to ” (Email address hidden if logged out) ” anyone know where we could make changes to this setting so the email is send to the sender mailbox instead?

    Hi moderator, the link is for form not sending emails, for our case, the form are sending emails properly, its just that the auto responder mail is sent to the wrong email address. Currently instead of being send to sender email, it is being sent to our own email.. which defeat the purpose of auto respond because auto respond is meant for the sender to see…

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification we need to take a look at the settings, Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I’m sorry but the login information is missing. Please provide the login credentials in the private field. Did you add any filter in the functions.php file?
