    Hi Guys,
    I purchased the ENFOLD theme and it does NOT auto update and frustrated and annoyed that I have to do this manually every single time.

    Is there a way to fix this so it automatically updates… and would really appreciate a solution.

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
    Example : https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    To answer your question some servers do not support this feature. Please create a support ticket so we can further investigate this issue and see what best we can do for you.
