Hello,
After today’s update I had google API issue again so I inserted the code to functions.php again to solve it.
After this I got this issue:
parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘,’ or ‘)’ in /data/web/virtuals/99540/virtual/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 569
and lost any connection to my website (WP as well).
Then I erased the code from the functions.php file via FTP but the same issue. So I overwrote the functions.php from my backup and I have still the same issue. I tried to change functions.php from the new installation of Enfold but this didnt help as well.Do you have some idea where I can make any change?
February 2, 2017 at 10:17 pm #742042Hey Lukas!
If you overwrite the function file and the issue is still there, please clear your cache and check
If the issue not solved, then go to that line and remove the code you added. That will most probably fix the issue.

BasilisFebruary 2, 2017 at 10:28 pm #742049Hi Basilis,
I dont have any access to wordpress because of this issue, so I cannot clear WP cache. The browser cache has been cleared before I wrote you.
The code has been removed. The file is overwritten by another file from my backup. Still the same.Best,

YigitFebruary 3, 2017 at 8:48 pm #742572Thank you for opening it.
Now website runs but I see only white page when I want to log into WP.
I’ve read an article about WordPress white screen of death and follow all steps.
I’ve found when I change the name (via FTP) of theme folder, then WP change the theme and I can log into WP.
When I change name of theme folder back to Enfold, the issue is back.
There should be some issue in functions.php and you’ve made changes there this morning (in my timezone). Could you check it, pls?Used this article – http://www.wpexplorer.com/fixes-wordpress-white-screen/ (no.2)
Thanks, Lukas
February 6, 2017 at 8:59 pm #743601Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Its done now. I have used only functions.php file from the downloaded install theme files. I think you can close this case.Thank you,
