    For a client I’ve built a website on a subdomain and moved all documents to the actual domain. Since then I haven’t been able to use the layerslider whatsoever. If I add a layerslide to my homepage, the whole page disappears.

    I’ve de-activated all plugins, and use all recens versions of Enfold as well as WordPress. Please, help!

    Hey Wendy,

    How did you move the installation? Using plugins can sometimes mess up the database and that could be the cause of the slider not working. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I moved all documents via Filezilla and later on I downloaded a new copy from Themeforest and replaced all Enfold-documents via Filezilla. It didn’t work…

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for the feedback. Are we allowed to make edits to your front page in order to test? Or maybe you want to duplicate the page so that we don’t edit the front page?

    I’ve made a template of the homepage, so feel free to make edits to the homepage.

    Hi,

    I created a test page where I loaded your HOME template and added a Layer Slider above the content, it seems to be working as expected. Maybe you could use that as your home page instead?
