    Hi

    I have some large images on my site and I am using the following plugiins to optimise the.

    Smush
    Optimize Images Resizing
    ShortPixel Image Optimizer

    However whilst my results on a couple of speed test sites are good the are awful for the google speed test and they have state I need to optimise my images.

    Please could you advise

    Hey info224,

    You can try to use local software to optimise them instead, there’s one for OSX called ImageOptrim for instance.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply I shall give it s go. I also appear to have a several sizes of the same image up to about 11 is there any way I can reduce this number please?

    Hi

    I’ve just checked the link you gave me I’ve been using picresize and loading images 1200×800 and those that where not I edited and resized on the image section of the site. As mentioned I only have about 60 odd images however because I am getting different sizes for each one I have over 700 images. Obviously I am going to load more so I would be grateful for an help you can give.

    this is nothing we can help you with, as it’s not theme related. Please use our forum to ask about Enfold or other Kriesi themes only. I am sure Google can help you with finding something to reduce your images.
