    1 – can i create two price for a same room, one price for Not Refundable Rate and one price for Refundable Rate?
    2 – in the check-out page, a user can book by entering your credit card without online payment? then only to reserve the room and not pay for the room immediately?

    1.) Are you using the Woocommerce plugin? Please try to create a variable product.
