    Hi,

    We have been using Enfold to all of our websites and there has been a recent question that popped-out, if our websites are “WCAG 2.0 Level AA” compliant. So I searched and found out that WordPress has made their move about it and created and announced their “Accessibility Coding Standards” early last year – https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/coding-standards/accessibility-coding-standards/.

    Does Enfold theme already has a plan in adapting to this?

    Hi,
    I am also interested in this, and I take it from Yigit’s comment that Enfold does not follow the guidelines, and has no plans to follow them.

    Yigit, can you please answer this out of context of ‘feature requests’, and in context of what are Enfolds plans? This is very different to asking can Enfold add a widget to the menu.

    Does Enfold plan to follow the guidelines that the W3C have detailed and wordpress are following? The Enfold theme breaks this wordpress feature that is intended to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

    I do love your theme and would love to see it used on more sites that have to support this guideline.

    I voted for WCAG 2.0 AA in the feature request. “Accessibility (WCAG 2.0/visually impaired)” is the second most popular request. But, I am unable to make a comment on the request.

    Companies in the U.S. are now being sued for not being in compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA. And we are being contracted to bring websites into compliance. This is a critically important and timely manner.

    Are there any plans to bring Enfold into compliance with or closer to the standards set out in WCAG 2.0 AA?
