    Hi.
    I have built my site on Enfold and have used the Geodirectory plugin for listings. However the listing default image is not pulling through and from what I can see in their support forum this is a conflict with Enfold. Also the title from each listing is missing in the listing page which they have told me is an Enfold setting. Can you please suggest a fix for this?

    Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :). Also please use a screenshot to show us where to look at on your website (use imgur.com, dropbox).

    In general we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, as written in our support policy, but we’ll what we can do for you.

    http://imgur.com/nmCkQW6 – this should show you that I have added a default image for each category as requested in the plugin support but it is not pulling through to the listing.

    When asking at the Geodirectory support forum they say it is an Enfold issue.
    Username and password from previous post will get you into the correct backend for http://www.cunninglygoodbuild.com/wp-admin

    The issue seems to be compatibility with Enfold and Geodirectory plugin.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi,

    as Enfold is one of the best selling WP themes out there, we encourage any plugin authors to make their plugin compatible with our theme. If they haven’t done this, then we can’t do much, as we can’t provide support for every 3rd plugin which was created out there. If the plugin’s author can’t help you, then I would go for another plugin. Of course you could also hire a freelance developer who can make both compatible for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

    Thanks for your reply. I sent a request through to customisation using the link above but not heard anything back. Can you tell me if I would find their reply in this forum or somewhere else? – just in case I missed it.
