    Hi, I need to update enfold and am unsure if I need to create a child theme.
    The only changes I have made are css short codes. In order to preserve these do I need a child theme?
    If it not necessary is it better/safer to have a child theme anyway?

    Hey Nigel,

    If you have only added CSS to Quick CSS then it shouldn’t be necessary to have a child theme. If you are worried about losing the code then please copy/paste it to a local file before you perform the update.
