Hi,
I have tried uploading ENFOLD by FTP to my WordPress site, but the theme does not appear – can you please advise why this might be?I appreciate your prompt response – I’m on a very tight schedule!!

Hi. Did you upload the zip file from themeforest? Or the expanded theme folder with style.css and the rest of the files at the root of that folder? Did you upload to /wp-content/themes/enfold?
You might be better off downloading the installable theme zip file (without docs and such) from Themeforest and uploading it through Appearance > Themes > Add New. This will expand the theme and put it where you want it.

Thank you for your response.
We have set up the site and created everything the way we want it, but recently certain functions of the website have stopped working. For example, When i select an image (using Advanced layout editor), I used to be able to make the image link to another part of the site or another site altogether. Now when i try to do this the options for creating links simply aren’t there. There are a few other issues but i figure they are part of the same glitch…?It has been suggested to me that I install the latest version of enfold child but i cannot for the life of me even work out how to even do this. Please help.
