Hi at Kriesi,
I cannot change the template to “Blank No Header No footer” any more. After saving the page it appears the same way as before. The problem does not appear on all pages, only on the french WPML pages. These pages also show the wrong layout.
Can you help?

Best RegardsJanuary 23, 2017 at 4:23 pm #737309Hi,
Have you tried contacting WPML support team? They might have better insight on what could be causing the issue.
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.Best regards,
YigitJanuary 23, 2017 at 10:33 pm #737440Hi,
thanks for the reply. Yes, I have contact the WPML team. But so far they don´t have a solution.
Memory Limit was already at 256M.

SigmundJanuary 27, 2017 at 9:13 pm #739577Hi,
I checked your page with wrong layout, but can’t see anything wrong, as it has the same layout as on german or other languages. So what exactly is wrong?
Try to deactivate all plugins, but WPML, to check if one is causing this issue. If that does not help, there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Let us know what WPML team is saying about this.
Have you got similar results when trying a default WP theme instead?

silly me. I was not aware that enfold allows different adjustment for different languages. Now it works. Thanks!
