    WordPress 4.6.1, Enfold 3.8

    Everything default in layout settings. Right sidebar shows up on all pages except one. Anything I can look for as to why??

    Hey thatryan,

    First off could you try updating the theme and WordPress to the latest versions please?

    If that doesn’t work then please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also post the URL to the page with the problem.

    I just updated to Enfold 3.8.4 and now page builder is broken. Editing a page the loading icon in Avia shows, but then just blank box. No console JS errors either.

    I cannot update WP yet because this is on hosted Pagely servers, so they roll out auto updates when ready.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
