    Hi,
    It seems that the advanced editor is not working.
    Extra info:
    – just updated new enfold theme
    – wordpress has been updated
    * before this it worked

    * no plugins activated

    Can you please help?

    Hey!

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    That is very strange… did hard refresh a lot of times, different browsers. I can insert columns etc, but when I want to edit it says error occured. Could it be somethings else?

    Hi,
    Have you tried to edit it yourself? Because, I can manage to drag text columns, video into the field, but when I start to edit it it says error occured.

    Hi, somehow it works now. I work somewhere else now, so I think it has something to do with internetconnection or update of my mac.
