    I posted this query on another person’s tread and was asked to supply my site’s private credentials so tech support could look into this. I can save a page template in Avia builder, but when I attempt to place it on another page, I get an error message.

    The other thread said to update to the latest version and I believe I am at 3.8.2, not 3.8.4, but am not seeing that an update is ready for my site (checking ‘theme update’).

    I would love any help you can offer!

    Hey Brigitte,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Thanks, Yigit. Looks like that worked and I have the latest version. But, that didn’t clear up the issue I’m having with the Avia Template feature. When I attempt to load a template, I get a messages saying it can’t be done. Can you help with this?

    Can you please try updating the theme manually? It still seems like you are using an older version

    Hi, I’m experiencing this issue too. I’ve just manually updated the theme and installed the transient cleaner plug-in but when I try to add a page template I get the following message: Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again

    Can anyone please help?

    Yigit. Indeed I didn’t have the latest version. Now that I do, it is working perfectly. Thanks!

Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
