    The fatal error message received when viewing a gallery on a mobile device is:
    Could not extract stage height from the CSS. Traced height: 0px.

    Could you please advise how I can fix this?

    Hey bluff03,

    Thanks for the link though I can’t see anything like that on my end using Iphone6/chrome. How do we reproduce it?

    Hi Rikard
    It happens on Samsung6 with Chrome and it’s own explorer. Also on iPad using Safari. As I don’t have an iPhone, I asked a colleague to try it on Chrome. It brought up the same error. This was an iPhone6. It was also tried on an iPhone7 on Safari, with the same result.

    The error shown is from Nextgen Gallery Pro. Can you try to contact the plugin support, they might know how to fix this issue.
