    I have a problem, some of my products don’t show the number of ratings.
    If you click on reviews/bewertungen (on the german site) there are 3 reviews but on the tab it says (0) ratings. The problem occours only at a view products, seems kind of random to me.

    I already deactivated all plugins and set it to a standard theme, the error still occurs

    Hi marlene,

    If the error occurs when you have a default theme activated it means that it’s not theme related. Could you try posting the question on a WooCommerce forum instead maybe? You will likely be able to get better and faster help there.
