Several bugs on the theme

Hello i have several bugs on the theme on my website: http://www.dorit-gaon.co.il

1. in mobile or tablet view the menu are hover on the logo how can i replace the logo to be in left side of the mobile/tablet screen and a menu on the right (or logo on the right and menu on the left)

2. when i see the website on small computers screens (13.2” or 12” or 15”) the logo are hovered on the first menu item i tried several issues but it not help it is still hover on the first item and i can press on the menu item because a logo is there. how can i fix it

3. how can i change the size of the menu and submenu fonts i tried to use advanced styling but in not helpful.
4. strange bold grey line is placed betwen last menu item and pre last one are it possible to fix it?

I also include FTP and WP Backend access if you can fix it (for size just make it the same size 16 px) thanks
The backend in hebrew end test must be on hebrew
