Hi Support Team,
I miss all the stuff of my Slider I had integrated some month ago.
I do not find the images and setups for the current running slider.Currently I only see two of the demo slider but not the one I created.

I check the layer slider list and found some 6 sliders who’s name starting with Enfold.
Please provide more info… was it a Layer Slider ?

unfortunately I do not remember the name of the slider.
But all of the 6 elements have only two or one slides and the current runniing has 4 slides – you can see on the site.“Was it a Layer Slider?” It’s a time ago I created it but what slider should it be else?

The demo contains only two layer sliders, nothing else. And importing the demo will not recover lost sliders if that’s what you’re trying to do here.

1. I like to edit the two silders of the demo content. But after importing the demo content the sliders of the demo are not in the LayerSlider. Please try it by yourself.

please let me know what I can do to help you as a support. I really need your support to find out where the current slides are to edit. Please take a little time for my problem I explained already above. Now time is running since January 15th and nothing really happens … ;-) Thank you!… Hey guys. We are very sorry for the late response. The Construction Demo does not contain any layer slider. You should import the Default Demo which contains two layer sliders.

Did you have a look into my dashboard or site? There is the Default demo running. I thougt there is a slider running, isn’t it?
Maybe I am a fool but I do not see where I can edit this slider. And in case there is another demo with a slider, please do import it to my site and show me where the demo slider is. There is nothing you can damage on this site. Please feel free to import any demo content with a slider and give me a short explanation where to edit.Thank you so much!

I’m sorry but I don’t think you understand my previous response. Here it was:
We are very sorry for the late response. The Construction Demo does not contain any layer slider. You should import the Default Demo which contains two layer sliders.
The Construction Demo does NOT contain any layer slider so you have to import the Default Demo which contains 2 layer slider. Please note that importing another demo will remove the previous theme settings.

The site is using the “Construction Demo”, not the “Default Demo”. Please go to the Enfold > Demo Import panel then import the very first demo called “Default Demo”.
If it is using the “Default Demo”, it will look like this:

I was speaking about another site.
Let’s call it Problem 1:
The default demo is installed here for a test: http://s522828072.online.de/
But in the backend (find data in private content) I do not see the running sliders.Problem 2:
The site http://www.deltagmbh.com has also a slider which I created with the Layer Slider WP. But now I cannot edit the slides anymore. I do not see this 4 slides in backend anymore. I was explaining this item some posts before.Thank you.

1.) We imported the demo sliders by clicking on the “Import sample sliders” button located beside the “Add New” button of the layer slider panel. You should see the “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever” slider and another slider called “Why Enfold – Small Header”.
2.) I’m sorry but I don’t think we can help you with this. The sliders are probably deleted or the database entries have been corrupted. What did you do to the site prior to the issue? Do you have a site backup?

2) That’s not good. There was nothing I did at this installation. No Updates, no new content … That’s strange …

1.) In the Construction Demo, we used the Fullscreen Slider element inside the advance layout builder. Edit the page then look for that element or insert another slider under the Media Elements panel.
2.) Yes, indeed. Unfortunately, we can’t know what caused the issue on your end. The only I can think of is to revert back to the nearest backup. Please contact your hosting provider.
