    Hi,

    The Wisiwig editor has missing options. Its only showing text only mode. Not visual. I have just installed the latest update.

    It only seems to be for editor mode.

    I alsi de activated all plugins incase there was a conflict. But the problem is still there.

    Hi,

    I have re uploaded the theme via FTP. Unfortunately it’s still not working.

    I have added FTP and editor logins to the private area.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Got the same problem, even with admin mode.
    Just deleted and reinstalled the theme but nothing changed.

    Send us admin access, so we can check it. Make sure to have deactivated all plugin, cleared browser cache and hard refreshed a few times.
