Hi, Im havind trouble with Enfold in the backend. I made an useraccount (admin) for my client and she wants to edit the content, but after a while Enfold CMS freezes and only the loading spinning wheel is showing. Tried logging in and out, rebooting, nothing worked. So I made a new user account, and that worked… only for a while and then froze up again.
I’m having no trouble at all editing pages on my end, but the problem keeps occuring with her. What could be wrong?Hi AngelInspiration!
You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

YigitIm having trouble finding the new Enfold download, when I look at the download page, there’s is only one item and I allready downloaded and installed that one (themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme)
