    Hi there,

    According to the demo portal page (http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview), I can import ‘Additional Demo files, ready to import. All Images included.’

    Unfortunately I can’t find a way to import the ‘Enfold Shop Demo’ from the Enfold admin… There are other demos, but not the ‘Enfold Shop Demo’ that I need.
    That’s on a fresh WP installation with WooCommerce.

    I just need the exact same page as this one: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/

    Can anybody help me please?

    Unfortunately no, I can’t since it’s not on a staging server yet.
    Can you just tell me where I can find the demo import file for the ‘Enfold Shop Demo’ like this? http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/

    Hi,

    Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.

    To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line 

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.

    Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
    Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.

    Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

    Hi Vinay

    I cannot import the Shop Demo too.
    PHP Memory is set 512M.
    WP 4.7.2
    Enfold 4.0.2.
    xml-Import doesn’t work as well

    what can I do?

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
