Hi there,
despite I’ve followed this instruction (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-your-own-logo/) there is still a text instead of the logo image.
The same thing happens if I try to upload the images for a new slideshow. The image is not shown in the preview and the slideshow is blank.
Can you help me? Thanks!January 11, 2017 at 7:49 am #731915Hey jacopovals,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 11, 2017 at 1:19 pm #732029Hi Rikard,
thanks for your reply. Is not easy to take a look of the website because it’s on a private server and I can’t give you the access because it’s a company private connection.
Maybe the only way is to give you the access to my pc while I’m connected to the private server.
I’m working on this, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Otherwise I can send you some screenshots or you can try to give me some suggestions.
Thank you so muchP.S. I’ve created a “partner logo element” box and it’s not working too… Basically the site is not showing any images that I’ve tried to upload

January 11, 2017 at 6:40 pm #732213Hi Rikard,
unfortunatelly I can’t share the access of the website. As I said you can have access to my pc through a remote control software as TeamViewer. Otherwise I can send you some screenshots.
Let me know. Actually we are stucked with the website because we can’t upload any image
Thank you very muchJacopo
January 16, 2017 at 3:39 am #733848Hi,
Do you see any errors after uploading an image? Please send a screenshot of the issue and provide the server info (php version, os etc).
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 18, 2017 at 10:35 am #735219Hi Ismael,
thanks for your reply. No, I don’t see any error message, everything looks fine exept that the image won’t appaer in the page panel or in the page itself.
I would like to send you some screenshots. How can I do that?
By the way, the server is a virtual server, the php version is 5.6.29 and the os is Windows server 2012 R2 standard
Thanks for your helpJacopo
January 19, 2017 at 5:19 am #735671Hi,
I’m not sure if it would help much but you can upload screenshots to for example Google Drive or Dropbox and then link to them here.

RikardJanuary 19, 2017 at 10:04 am #735762Hi Rikard,
ok, if I upload the image through a Google Drive URL it works perfectly. But it’s quite a complecate process. Is there anything else we can do?Jacopo
January 25, 2017 at 5:44 am #738109Hi,
I think Rikard is asking you to upload a screenshot of the issue on Google Drive so that we can see it here. I’m sorry but we can’t help much if we can’t access the site.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 25, 2017 at 6:49 am #738139I can see that. Ok, I’ve made some screenshots of the problem and described the problem on the screenshots themselves.
You can see them through this google drive link:

Ler me know if the link works and everything is clear
Thank you so much!Jacopo
January 26, 2017 at 5:23 am #738705Hi Jacopo,
Thank you very much for the screenshots, I understand the problem now. Did you try with a different image to make sure there’s not a problem with your logo?
Best regards,
