Morning!
I have a product slider on the homepage of http://www.versevis.nl
When there is no product in the slider available i get the following message:
No products found which match your selection.
I want to translate it to Dutch. I’m using a translation tool called Loco Translate
and I can see the string in the Dutch translation page of the theme… but it doesn’t translate. Can you explain to me how to translate this string?!

I’m using Loco translate. Also there is a dutch language pack active.
The string is also findable and already translated. But nothing happens… the english text keeps showing up.Greets Jeen
January 16, 2017 at 7:13 am #733908Hi,
When there is no product in the slider available i get the following message:
No products found which match your selection. What slider? Could you please provide a screenshot or the url to the page or section with the issue?
In the loco translate panel, after translation, did you sync the language files?

Maybe my English is a little bit fussy…
If you go to http://www.versevis.nl you can see this message under the advanced layer slider.
If synced all the files…Gr. Jeen

I can’t find any english strings on the link you’ve provided. So could you fix it already?

AndyJanuary 17, 2017 at 9:11 am #734572Hey!
Are you referring to the Product Slider? Please post the login details here so that we can check the settings. And maybe we can translate the strings as well.

IsmaelJanuary 17, 2017 at 10:53 am #734622Hello Andy and Ismael,
This site is a product enviroment so the client already had filled the catergory with a product.
So the English translation was gone at the moment you were looking. Sorry for that.I’ve maid a dummy category so the message apears again:
I also got you login credentials.

January 18, 2017 at 6:30 pm #735464Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 18, 2017 at 6:34 pm #735467Hello Andy,
I’ve disabled the WP Rocket plugin and refreshed the page in my browser like you said.
No changes I’m affraid.

January 20, 2017 at 10:40 am #736332Hi,
did you switch off your caching functions inside your cache settings, before deactivating your caching plugin? otherwise if you simply deactivate the plugin, then caching will go on.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes?
Also please update to Enfold v3.8.4.
Best regards,
Andy -
