is there a way to download a page on my site so I can updown the design to another site without having to start again

You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and move your installation to another installation.
Or you can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and enable debugging mode on both sites and copy shortcodes of your page below Advanced Layout Builder and paste in the other installation.
If you would like to copy theme options, you can go to Enfold theme options > Import & Export tab and export theme options and import on the other installation the same way :)
