    Hi,

    I am having issues on my website with the Enfold theme – when trying to update a page it does not work anymore and I can no longer use the advanced layout editor. I have updated to the latest theme but still having the same issue can you help at all or give any advice? I have some screen shots if that will help.

    Can you please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and then start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it? :)

    The issues that I am having is with my pages, I can no longer edit any page as the content box just has a spinning circle – also when creating a new page the advanced layout editor is not responsive

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    I have registered but how do I make a comment? Did you see the issue I am having on my pages that I said?

    Also it is saying my Theme is up to date? Even when I check manually and I have entered my API key? Can you help please the Temp login is still valid

    Hi,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Hi,

    I have updated my Enfold theme like suggested but it has installed a new Enfold theme alongside my current one so the new one does not have any of my settings and I still cannot update any pages on my current theme. Please can you look in to this and help me I have been working to try and fix this for the last two days now and am really stuck.

    Temp logins are still active – please help me.

    Hi!

    Please go to your current theme options and export theme options and then delete the old version of the theme and activate new version and import theme options in Enfold theme options > Import & Export tab
