    Hi,

In http://agrivision-solutions.com I used YouTube video on Fullwidth Easy Slider.
    1) it’s works great on regular screen, but on mobile, it gives a icon of a missing image, and not show the video.
    2) On load, I get a blue background (as I set), but than it changes to black and than it shows the video. Can I get rid of the black background?

    Tnx,

    Hey alonarad,

You can refer to this topic: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/home-page-video-on-mobile-phone/

1.) I checked that there is a missing image icon in android phone, can you give us temporary admin access? so we can have a closer look. Please place the details in “private content” section.

2.) I can’t see this on my end. Is it fixed already?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    1)
    a) adding another video section on mobile don’t help me, because I need the caption on top of the video.
What if I use a local video from mt servers instead of youtube. will it work on mobile?
    b) admin access – attached.

    2) It’s still there (on regular screens).
I think that the blue comes from the theme, but the black comes from youtube.

    Tnx.

    Hi,

1.) The video in the slider is disabled on mobile by default so it is required to add a fallback image. If you really need a video on mobile view, you have to replace it with an actual video element and toggle the display properties with css media queries as described on the previous thread. For the captions, you can use the text block element.

2.) That is the default backdraft of the youtube iframe. I’m sorry but you can’t change it.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

I set a fallback image, and it shows an icon of a missing image.
You also said that you see a missing image icon in android phone, and ask for the credentials…

    Hi,

I can see your fallback image just fine: http://i.imgur.com/9NQfhAG.png

So seems you could fix the issue already? if you don’t see it then please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Also check on another device.

    Best regards,
    Andy
